When will my order ship?
Our products ship within 3-5 days after you place your order.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email with all your order details as soon as your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. However, once you receive your item(s), you can return it to us. After we receive the returned item(s), we will fully refund you.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We prioritize our customer experience. If you encounter any issues with our products, we will gladly offer a full refund.
Steps for a refund:
1. Email us with your order number and name, using the subject line "Refund Request". Include the product details and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return address.
3. Ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process your refund.
4. If everything is in order, we will fully refund your item plus an additional $5 as a gesture of apology. You will receive an email with all refund details, and the money will be deposited back into your account.
